I was doing a solo trip in Palm Springs and just went to the Albertson's next door, and spotted this little restaurant. Nothing super fancy but the food was amazing and Shai, the waitress was lovely, attentive, and efficient. Good margaritas. Decent price. Outdoor seating available and also a bar area. Check them out!

Food we didn't try any food only comp. chips & salsa. Salsa wa the BEST. Chips was good too. We just drink the beauty of Cadillac margarita by Beto. Service is excellent! Thank you Beto & the lady at the bar. Ambiance is good. We will be back to try the food. Thank you so much!

My friends and I were looking for a place close to the Palm Springs Air Museum. Loco Charlie's was perfect for our pre-roller derby dinner on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people at the bar and a few occupied tables. Our table of 6 put some tables together. We were quickly served warm tasty chips and salsa. We had an eclectic order with a few special requests. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the skinny margarita was YUM. Also, thankfully, the AC was working great. We will definitely go back.

What a fun funky little place. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Cute eclectic decor including a Skelton mermaid. Crispy chips and super fresh flavorful salsa. Shrimp stuffed peppers cheesy and delicious. Beef and chicken fajitas great taste and portion.

Another excellent experience. The food was good and prices were too. Our second time here. I thought I left a review last time, but can't find it. It was a really good experience. This time, we were greeted right away and told to sit wherever we'd like. It was a nice day, so again we sat on the patio. Our sever immediately came with a menu and asked for a drink order. He then promptly returned with drinks and a basket of chips and large cup of salsa (I didn't take photo until it was half empty). We ordered chorizo and steak fajitas. Both came out in a timely manner and were tasty. Service was good. We'll be back!

While eating at the neighboring El Salvador Cafe, we saw the bright colors on the patio of Loco Charlie's and decided to dine here for lunch the next day. Beto greeted us and let us select any of the tables inside or outside. After we chose one on the patio, he brought over our waters, a basket of chips and two bowls of salsa. The first serving of chips and salsa comes free, but it's an extra cost if you want a refill. The menu here is so extensive and they offer basically everything (and probably more) than what you'd expect at a Mexican restaurant. Beto recommended the fajitas so that helped me narrow down my decision. Overall, he was super personable and we enjoyed conversing with him, connecting on the topic of the Pacific Northwest. CHICKEN FAJITAS ($21.99): A HUGE serving which I'm sure could easily be two portions for many people. The chicken became a little dry as it continued cooking on the sizzling plate, but it had good flavor from a savory and slightly sweet marinade. The peppers and onions were still somewhat crisp and had developed a nice char. A separate plate contained two tortillas, Spanish rice, refried beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and guacamole. For the price, the amount of food was quite generous. I had enough leftovers to make for a light dinner. If you are in the mood for fajitas, but want a smaller serving, consider getting the Fajita Tacos. It's the fajita meat and vegetables, assembled into taco form, also served with a side of beans and rice. Throughout lunch, Beto provided great service and stopped by a couple times to check on us. The owner, Charlie, was also helping out that day and visited our table to say hello. Everyone in my group was happy with their meals, so I'd consider this a solid spot for Mexican food. Side notes: - There is plenty of parking since the restaurant is located alongside other shops and eateries. - The restaurant is not far from the airport. With planes taking off every few minutes, it is pretty loud, so the patio isn't the best place to hold a conversation.

Great Mexican spot with lots of flavor and very cool vibe outside and inside. So let's start with seating interior it's a little small so if you would like to sit inside it gets busy so will be a little wait. Outside since it's still winter a little chilly but plenty of seating also bar area is a few seats. Very cool interior and exterior decorations beautiful murals and paintings inside. Very very cool vide and fun. Let's get to service it was actually really busy in there but service was still good. I think they were a bit short staffed but service was still there and very friendly. Once the food was ordered it was a very quick turn around. But if you're not patient and looking to dine in I would call ahead. Let's get to the food they serve you chips and salsa before your meal salsa very mild which I prefer. But they do have other salsas you can request and very generous portions. Now to our meals I got three combo meat shrimp, chicken and steak very flavorful and tender meat. Generous topping portions to make your fajita. The others in my group got another steak fajita they enjoyed that too. Another person got a fried fish taco she loved it is generous portion but it's one big one so if you're hungry might not be for you or order a couple. Last person got the chicken enchiladas she really enjoyed and thought the sauce was great. Overall great place huge menu breakfast lunch and dinner. I'm sure I will be back because there is plenty to try.

We wanted Mexican for brunch. The restaurant is in a strip mall and faces the parking lot but they've done an amazing job of masking that. I ordered chilaquilles verdes and a Cadillac margarita. The margarita was delicious. The salsa was a little mild for my taste. We asked for some hot sauce and we were given habanero and a pepper paste that greatly helped. My chilaquilles were on the sweeter side at first. I expect that with roasted tomatillos but it wasn't balanced by spice. Once I added the habanero and peppers, it was perfect. I really enjoyed our meal here.
